California Club Pizza





This was made by my friend, Madeline, at a Pampered Chef gathering I had at my house this summer. Yum! Don't forget the lemon - it just makes it. You can use a premade crust, or make your own. I used the following recipe from Betty Crocker:

Crust

  • 1 pkg (2 1/4 tsp.) active dry yeast

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 2 1/2 cups flour

  • 2 tbsp. oil

  • 1 tsp. sugar

  • 1 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest 5 minutes. (Yeah, right, like that ever happens in our house!)
