Crock Pot Chicken

This is another favorite standby that my friend, Lori Ruth, gave me at my bridal shower in 1995 in Provo, Utah. It is so moist and makes the house smell yummy! I threw it in the crock pot and it will be ready to eat when the missionaries get here tonight.
Side note: I was going to make a ham, then realized that Elder Anwarjan doesn't eat pork. Why, you ask? Because he grew up in East Turkestan a non-practicing Muslim. Though he converted to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints about 5 years ago, when his family moved to Orem, Utah, pork products still gross him out. His companion, from one of the pacific islands, we learned Sunday, is from the tribe of Manasseh. Amazing times we live in!
