
I got this recipe from Carol, Kurt's mom, when we visited them in Arkansas one Christmas. It has a beautiful color and makes a large amount - perfect for holiday gatherings - but can be made any time of year. I've also been known to substitute the peach pie filling for apple or cherry pie filling. You can also add any other fruits you like.
3 pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 can peach pie filling
2-3 cans Mandarin oranges, depending on size
2 can chunk pineapple
4 bananas, sliced (do this right before serving, but the pie filling does help preserve the color)
Mix together in a big bowl!
