Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

1 tube premade sugar cookie dough

8 oz. cream cheese

1/2 c. sugar

1 Tbsp. vanilla

strawberry or cherry glaze, envelope or jar

variety sliced fruit: strawberries, grapes, kiwi, etc.

Directions

1. Roll out cookie dough on a pizza pan; bake according to directions. (Watch it! - Cover with foil to avoid browning the crust.) Cool.


2. Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; spread on cooled crust.


3. Prepare glaze; spread over cream cheese layer.


4. Arrange fruit on top.
