I got this recipe from an amazing woman, currently mother of 7 kids and counting. We were waiting for the kids to finish swim lessons and I asked what they had planned afterwords. She said they were headed home for lunch. She usually throws this mix in the bread maker in the morning and then they have fresh bread. She's really laid back, so you can't mess this up.
1 egg (or not)
over 1 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. margarine
Use the 3 hour rapid process or whatever.
