Ham & Noodle Casserole

A favorite in our house as newlyweds, until Kurt told me he didn't really care for sour cream or olives. Now, I switch it out for Greek style yogurt. Same zip - no grossed out hubby.




1 c. sour cream

1 can cheddar cheese soup

2 c. uncooked medium egg noddles (cook & drain)

1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham

1/2 c. sliced olives (tiny can)

3/4 tsp. prepared mustard

1/4 c. milk

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine sour cream and soup. Beat till smooth. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Place in 8x8x2" pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 25 minutes.

  1. Good to know Kurt doesn't like olives! The sour cream doesn't surprise me (too much like mayonnaise?).
