Cornbread Taco Bake

We got this recipe from Becky, the neighbor next door, in our half basement on 6th North in Provo, Utah. (We lived in a house built in 1906.) We were first married and it seemed that these ingredients were cheap and usually on hand. Now, the kids love it!
