Fresh Fruit with Honey-Poppy Seed Dressing


This salad has a fabulous flavor. It's the dressing that makes it, so feel free to use a variety of fruits that you may have available.

1 large unpeeled apple or 2 medium apricots/nectarines
1 medium orange
1 medium pineapple
1 small bunch seedless green grapes

Cut apple into slices or peel and slice apricots.
Peel orange, cut along membranes and remove sections.
Cut pineapple lengthwise into fourths; cut into chunks.
Wash grapes and cut in half.
Mix and refrigerate.

Honey-Poppy seed Dressing
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed

Mix ingredients and shake together.
