
This recipe comes from Becky Cook, a neighbor in college who was fabulous at homemaking. Keep in an air tight container.
Mix:
30 cups flour (Becky uses 1 c. wheatgerm for 1 c. flour, and 1 c. gluten for 1 c. flour)
10 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. powdered milk
