BBQ Hamburgers

You would think grilling hamburgers would be easy. Turns out, it can be done very, very wrong. I keep coming back to this recipe to get the flavor and texture just right. (We've been substituting ground turkey for the beef lately.)

Ingredients:
1 pounds lean ground beef (turn out, the fat really helps them hold together)
1 1/2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
1 small onion, grated (I used dried, minced, so the kids can't see them, but we can taste them)
1/2 small green bell pepper, finely chopped

Directions:
1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into patties.
3. Place burgers on a grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until done.
