Grandmother's Mini Pecan Pies


Another little treat Aunt Jill had hanging out on her counter - for anybody that ambled by the house.


These are really yummy, addicting little morsels that are great for finger-food at church functions, etc. ~Jill

Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
4 heaping Tablespoons flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup chopped pecans
½ tsp. Vanilla
¼ tsp. Salt

Directions:
Fill foil mini cups or greased tiny muffin tins. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. Watch.

Number Of Servings:About 30 mini sups

Preparation Time:Quick and easy 15 minutes
