Top Ramen Cabbage Salad

Aunt Jill prepared this awesome giant salad for brunch after Barec's blessing. Yum!

Ingredients:
1 medium-large head cabbage (sliced thin)
8-10 sliced green onions
8 tbsp. toasted or slivered almonds (or sliced almonds)
4 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
(If you toast the nuts and seeds in the oven, watch them closely and be very careful not to burn them.)

Dressing:
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt (I use less)
1 cup light olive oil (I use less)
6 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 seasoning packets from TOP RAMEN Oriental, Chicken or Chicken Sesame flavor noodles
Sesame oil (a few drops, unless you use the oil packet included in pkg. of Chicken Sesame noodles)
2-4 chicken breasts cooked, cooled and cubed may be added. (I use a whole fryer, boned and cubed.)

Directions:
Combine cabbage and onions. Add dressing an hour before serving and toss.
Just before serving, add nuts and seeds, and 2 pkg. uncooked, crumbled TOP RAMEN noodles, then toss salad again.

Number Of Servings:Serves 10

Preparation Time:1/2 hour once the chicken is de-boned
